Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you travel with us.

Written to be read. These terms explain how a booking is formed, what you pay, what happens when plans change, and what each side is responsible for.

Effective July 2026. These terms apply to bookings made with Limo4All (“Limo4All”, “we”, “us”). They sit alongside our policies, and alongside the specific conditions shown to you at checkout or in your written agreement. Where a term shown at checkout conflicts with this page, the term shown at checkout applies to that booking.

Section 1

The agreement

By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or travelling in a vehicle arranged through us, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone travelling in your party. If you are booking for someone else, or on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not complete a booking. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you book and we will explain it.

Section 2

The service we provide

We arrange chauffeured ground transportation. Trips are delivered through a combination of our own operations and a network of vetted affiliate operators — independent, licensed transportation companies. Where a trip is performed by an affiliate operator, that operator is responsible for the licensing, insurance, vehicle and driver required to carry you lawfully in that market.

Your booking, your price and your support contact remain with us throughout. We will tell you who is carrying out your trip when the vehicle and chauffeur are assigned.

Section 3

Bookings & confirmation

A quote is an offer to supply, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing, normally by email, and any required payment or card authorisation has succeeded.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, passenger and luggage counts, and contact phone number. Incorrect details are the most common cause of a missed pickup.
  • Please check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
  • We may decline or cancel a booking where safety, legality, licensing or operational limits are a concern. Where we do, we will tell you and refund amounts paid for that booking.
  • Airport, venue and municipal rules may dictate where a vehicle is permitted to wait or stop.

Section 4

Pricing & payment

Prices are based on the vehicle class, route or duration, date and time, and any special requirements. The price shown at checkout is the price for the trip as booked.

What can change the price

  • Changes you make to the route, timing, duration or vehicle after booking.
  • Additional stops, extended waiting time, or time beyond a booked hourly period.
  • Tolls, parking, airport access fees, permits and similar third-party charges, where these are not already included.
  • Cleaning or damage charges, as described in Section 9.

Payment

  • We accept payment by the methods offered at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • We may require full payment, a deposit, or a card authorisation to secure a reservation. Some vehicles and event dates require a deposit.
  • Charges arising during or after the trip — such as extra waiting time, extra stops or cleaning — may be billed to the card on file after the trip.
  • Corporate accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

Gratuity

Gratuity for your chauffeur is at your discretion unless your booking or written agreement states that a gratuity is included or added automatically. Where a gratuity is added, it is shown before you confirm.

Section 5

Changes, cancellations & no-shows

Cancellation and change conditions vary by vehicle class and by the type of trip. Larger vehicles, event dates and multi-day itineraries commit resources further in advance and therefore carry longer notice periods than a single sedan transfer.

The cancellation window and any charge that applies to your booking are shown to you at checkout and repeated in your confirmation. Those are the conditions that apply.

  • Changes. Tell us as early as you can. We will accommodate changes where availability allows; a change may alter the price, and a late change may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
  • Cancellations within the free window. Amounts prepaid for that booking are refunded, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.
  • Late cancellations. May be charged in part or in full, because the vehicle and chauffeur have already been committed to you.
  • No-shows. If nobody appears at the pickup point and we cannot reach you on the number provided, the trip may be charged in full. Please call us if you are delayed — a call almost always avoids a no-show charge.
  • If we cancel. Where we cancel a confirmed booking for a reason that is not your fault, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are set by your bank or card issuer.

Section 6

Waiting time & extra stops

A grace period is included with your pickup. Airport pickups carry a longer grace period than street pickups, because we track your flight and allow for arrivals, immigration and baggage. Waiting beyond the grace period is chargeable at the rate applicable to your vehicle class.

  • Flight-tracked pickups are adjusted for the actual arrival time where the flight number was supplied at booking.
  • Stops that were not part of the booked route may be charged, and are subject to the chauffeur’s hours and the vehicle’s availability.
  • On hourly bookings, time used beyond the booked period is charged in the increments stated in your confirmation.

Section 7

Vehicles & capacity

  • You book a class of vehicle, not a specific make, model, colour or registration, unless we have confirmed a specific vehicle in writing.
  • We may substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher class — for example after a breakdown or an accident — at no extra cost to you.
  • Stated passenger and luggage capacities are maximums and cannot be exceeded. Passenger capacity and luggage capacity usually cannot both be reached at the same time; tell us your luggage count when booking.
  • Child seats must be requested at the time of booking and may not be available for every vehicle class or market.
  • For safety and legal reasons, a chauffeur may refuse to travel with more passengers than the vehicle is licensed to carry, or with luggage that cannot be safely secured.

Section 8

Passenger conduct

The person who makes the booking is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the party.

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle.
  • Illegal drugs and any unlawful activity are not permitted, and will end the trip immediately.
  • Alcohol is permitted only where the vehicle, the operator and local law allow it. Where it is permitted, it may never be consumed or possessed by anyone under the legal drinking age.
  • Passengers must wear seat belts where fitted and follow the chauffeur’s reasonable safety instructions.
  • Abuse or threatening behaviour towards a chauffeur is never acceptable.

A chauffeur may refuse to begin, or may end, a trip where behaviour is unsafe or unlawful, or where a passenger is unfit to travel. In those cases the trip may be charged in full and no refund is due.

Section 9

Damage & cleaning

You are responsible for damage caused to a vehicle by you or your party, and for cleaning that goes beyond normal use — for example spillage, sickness, or the consequences of smoking in the vehicle.

  • Cleaning and repair charges reflect the actual cost, including the time the vehicle is out of service.
  • Charges may be billed to the payment method on file after the trip.
  • We will tell you what is being charged and why, and provide supporting evidence on request.

Section 10

Luggage & lost property

Luggage and personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times and travel at your own risk. Please check the vehicle before you leave it.

If you leave something behind, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to trace it and arrange its return, which may involve a delivery charge. We cannot guarantee recovery, and we are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.

Section 11

Delays & events beyond control

We plan journeys with sensible allowances, and we track flights where you give us the flight number. Even so, some things are outside anyone’s control: severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, security alerts, industrial action, mechanical failure, or acts of government.

We are not responsible for losses caused by such events, including missed flights, missed connections or missed appointments. Where an event beyond our control prevents us from performing a booking at all, we will refund amounts paid for that booking.

If you have a time-critical commitment, please book with additional margin and tell us about the deadline so we can plan for it.

Section 12

Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and we take our obligations to you seriously.

  • Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Section 13

Accessibility & special requests

Tell us about accessibility needs, mobility equipment, service animals, child seats or any other special requirement when you book, so we can assign a suitable vehicle and chauffeur. Some requirements need advance notice and are not available in every market or vehicle class.

A request is only confirmed once we have confirmed it in writing.

Section 14

Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us as soon as you can — ideally during or immediately after the trip, while it can still be investigated properly. Contact us on (888) 225-0058 or support@limo4all.com with your booking reference.

We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it with the operator involved, and tell you the outcome.

Section 15

Privacy

We collect and use personal data to arrange and deliver your travel, take payment, provide support and meet our legal obligations. We share only what is necessary with the operator and chauffeur assigned to your trip, and with our payment and communication providers.

How we handle data is set out in our privacy and data policy.

Section 16

General & governing law

  • Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version in force for your booking is the version published when you confirmed it.
  • If a clause fails. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer your booking to someone else without our agreement.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Limo4All is established, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
