• Licensing and insurance. Partner companies must hold the operating authority and commercial insurance required for the market and vehicle class they serve, and keep that documentation current with us.
• Professional chauffeurs. Drivers are expected to hold the correct licence for the vehicle, present professionally, and know the routes, terminals and venues they work.
• Vehicle condition. Vehicles must be clean, well maintained and accurately represented — the class you booked is the class that arrives.
• Accountability. Trips are tracked against their booking, and performance issues are reviewed. Operators who do not meet the standard do not stay in the network.
