Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect when you book chauffeured transportation with us, why we hold it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Site owner notice: this policy is not ready to publish. Missing from Admin → Site Settings → Legal & Compliance: registered legal entity name, governing-law state, registered business address. The privacy effective date is also unset. Have counsel in your operating state review this page before you accept live bookings.
This policy applies to Limo4All (“we”, “us”), our website and our booking, customer, corporate and partner portals. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and service policies.

Section 1

Who we are

Limo4All arranges and provides chauffeured ground transportation in the United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Some trips are performed by independent, licensed affiliate operators in our network. When that happens the assigned operator handles your trip data as described in Who we share it with.

Section 3

How we use it

  • To price, take and manage your booking, and to send booking, payment and trip communications.
  • To pass the details a chauffeur needs to perform your trip to the assigned operator.
  • To take payment, issue invoices and receipts, and handle refunds, disputes and chargebacks.
  • To run your customer or corporate account, including booking history and invoices.
  • To provide customer support and to investigate incidents, complaints and safety matters.
  • To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as tax and accounting records.
  • To protect the service against fraud and abuse, including rate limiting and spam prevention.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your booking details to send you marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Section 4

Who we share it with

  • The assigned transportation operator and chauffeur. They receive the details needed to carry out your trip — typically your name, contact number, pickup and drop-off, time, passenger count and any relevant special request.
  • Payment processors. Stripe and PayPal process card and account payments. Your card details are entered on their systems, not ours.
  • Mapping and routing. Google Maps services are used to look up addresses and calculate distance and drive time for pricing.
  • Email delivery. Our SMTP provider transmits booking, payment and account emails.
  • Corporate accounts. If your trip is booked under a corporate account, the account's administrators can see the bookings and invoices made under it.
  • Professional advisers and authorities. Where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Section 5

How long we keep it

  • Booking, invoice and payment records — kept for as long as needed to run the service and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • Account data — kept while your account is open; closing your account removes profile data we are not required to retain.
  • Terms acceptance records — kept for the life of the booking record, as evidence of what you agreed to.
  • Support correspondence — kept while needed to resolve your matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Server and security logs — kept for a short period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Section 6

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Payment card data is handled by our payment processors and does not reach our servers. Access to booking and customer records in our admin systems is limited to authorised staff with per-page permissions, and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep these protections current.

Section 7

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep;
  • object to or limit certain uses of your information;
  • ask us not to sell or share your information — we do not sell it in any case;
  • be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Contact us. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Section 8

Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to carry your booking between the steps of checkout. These are necessary for the site to work and cannot be switched off within the site. If you arrive through an affiliate partner link, a referral code may be stored so that the partner is credited for your booking.

Section 9

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children may of course travel as passengers — in that case we only hold what the booking adult tells us, such as a child seat request. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

Section 10

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. The version in force when you made a booking continues to apply to that booking.
