By using our website, submitting a booking request, or accepting a trip through our network, you agree to follow these terms and any additional conditions presented at checkout, in email confirmations or in written agreements.

  • Our services are provided through a combination of in-house operations and vetted affiliate partners.
  • Vehicle availability, pricing and routes are always subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where safety, legality or operational limits are a concern. When possible, you will be notified and offered alternatives.
  • Local laws, licensing rules and airport or venue regulations may affect how and where pickups and drop-offs can occur.
